Two ways to order remotely

  • You have a 3D file : Upload your STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP file to our online ordering page. The price appears straight away, based on material, size and quantity, and you pay online. The ordering page is in French.
  • You have a photo or an idea : Send photos, a sketch or a logo through the contact form. We model the part, you approve the 3D model, then we print it and post it.

From request to parcel

  1. Your request : A file on the ordering page, or photos and an explanation via the contact form, WhatsApp (+33 7 59 72 51 81) or email at contact@toulouse3dprint.fr.
  2. Quote and approval : With a file, the quote is instant. Without one, we send you the 3D model to approve before anything is printed.
  3. Made in Toulouse : The part is printed in FDM in our workshop, in PLA, PETG or TPU depending on its use, then checked before packing.
  4. Shipping : Sent to a Mondial Relay pickup point or to your door with Colissimo, with a tracking number.

What to send for a remote quote

The more we know at the start, the fewer emails go back and forth.

  • Clear photos : Several angles, in good light, with a ruler or a coin next to the object for scale. Phone photos are fine if they are sharp.
  • Key measurements : Overall size, hole diameters, thicknesses, or the height you want for a figurine or a trophy. Callipers help, a ruler will do.
  • Your 3D file, if you have one : STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP. For a logo, a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF) or a high-resolution PNG.
  • Your deadline : A wedding, a race, a trade show: give us the date in your first message so the quote can take it into account.

Ordering from outside France

We'd rather be clear about this before you start.

Our online orders are delivered within France only. If you live in another country, contact us before ordering: we'll tell you whether we can send your parcel there and what it would cost.

You are welcome to write to us in English, by the contact form, WhatsApp or email. Photos and 3D files can be attached to your message.

If you have a friend, relative or colleague in France, delivering to their address or to a Mondial Relay point near them is often the simplest option.

Living in Toulouse or just passing through? Collect from the workshop

The workshop is at 64 boulevard Silvio Trentin, 31200 Toulouse, in the Minimes district, a 5-minute walk from Barrière de Paris metro station. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.

Collecting in person suits visitors, students on exchange, expats and the many international companies based in Toulouse: you approve the model remotely and pick up the finished piece when it suits you, with no postage to pay.

What we make for customers across France

Most of our remote requests are for made-to-measure pieces: a broken part to reproduce from photos, a custom figurine given as a present, trophies and medals for a club or a race, a 3D printed logo for a reception area.

We also make light-up signs and lamps and custom masks and cosplay helmets. Every piece is printed in filament (FDM); we don't work with resin or metal.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to come to Toulouse to order?

No. Everything can be done online or by message: quote, model approval, payment and tracking. The part is sent to you by Mondial Relay or Colissimo.

Do you deliver outside France?

Online orders are delivered within France only. For another country, contact us and we'll tell you whether shipping is possible and what it costs.

Can you reproduce a part without me sending it?

Often, yes, from photos taken from several angles with a ruler or coin for scale. If the shape is too complex, we'll ask you to post the part to us.

How much is delivery?

Shipping depends on the size of the parcel and the method you choose. It is calculated and shown before you pay.

How long does it take?

It depends on the part and the quantity. You are told with the quote, before you commit to anything.
