How soon will I receive my part?Fast production as standard, even faster with the urgent option. Delivery anywhere in France via Mondial Relay; for other countries, contact us: we also ship abroad.
How do I get my order?Your choice: free collection from our workshop in Toulouse, or delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point in France (€6.00 incl. VAT per parcel).
Do you guarantee the quality?Yes: if the part does not match the file or has a printing defect, we reprint it free of charge. We always run a quick check of the file before printing.
Is the price shown the final price?Yes, everything is included: material, machine time, basic post-processing and 20% VAT. Only delivery is added, depending on your choice.
I don't have a 3D file. Can you make one?Yes — use the "Custom request" option at the top of this page. We get back to you within 24 hours with a quote for modelling + printing.
Which material should I choose?PLA for most projects (decor, figurines, indoor prototypes). PETG for outdoor use (resists UV, water and heat). TPU for flexible parts (seals, insoles).
