Urgent 3D printing · Toulouse workshop
A broken part is holding up your production?
Urgent 3D printing for businesses: we reproduce the part you can't get hold of and get it to you fast, often the same day, so a costly line stoppage doesn't drag on.
How an urgent 3D printing job works
- 1
Send the part or photos
Photos from several angles with a ruler for scale, or the broken part itself. Tell us how urgent it is and which machine it belongs to.
- 2
Price and timescale confirmed fast
We model the part and confirm a firm price and timescale, often within a few hours, before production starts.
- 3
Priority production
Your part goes to the front of the queue in our Toulouse workshop, in the material that suits how it will really be used.
- 4
Collection or fast dispatch
Collect it in person from the workshop for the most critical cases, or we send it straight away anywhere in France by Mondial Relay or Colissimo.
Two emergency repairs in two sectors
Businesses that trusted us when the clock was running.
A Toulouse print shop: a gear remade within the day
A wear part failed on a Müller Martini Presto finishing machine and stopped a production line. The original part (reference 1550.2536.4) could not be supplied in time. We modelled and printed the replacement gear the same day, and the print shop restarted production without waiting for the manufacturer's part.
A solar installation operator: custom tools for technicians
A photovoltaic company needed special wrenches for its field teams to handle the MC4 and EVO2 connectors on solar installations, a tool it could not find off the shelf. We printed it to measure in a short run to equip several technicians. It is the wrench you can turn in 3D on this page.

Express 3D printing to keep your business running
When a technical part fails on a production machine, every hour of downtime costs money, and the original part is sometimes unobtainable, obsolete or on a lead time that doesn't fit the emergency. 3D printing lets us reproduce the broken part and get you running again in hours rather than weeks.
At Toulouse3DPrint we regularly help businesses and manufacturers (print shops, workshops, solar companies, production SMEs) with emergency repairs: gears, rollers, jigs, connector tools and specific wear parts. From photos or the part itself, we model it, choose the right material (PETG, PLA or TPU depending on the use) and put it first in the queue.
Collection in person in Toulouse for the most critical cases, at 64 boulevard Silvio Trentin, or fast dispatch anywhere in France; other countries on request. Describe your situation and we reply quickly: contact form with photos attached, WhatsApp or phone on +33 7 59 72 51 81, or contact@toulouse3dprint.fr. English is fine.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you make an urgent part?
It depends on the complexity and how busy the workshop is when you ask, but a simple part can be reproduced and ready the same day or the next. Send us photos and we confirm a precise timescale before production starts.
Do I need a 3D file for an urgent repair?
No. For most industrial breakdowns we model the part from detailed photos (several angles, a ruler for scale) or from the broken part itself, if you can bring it or post it to us.
Which sectors do you help in an emergency?
Printing and finishing, production machinery, energy and photovoltaics, logistics, crafts, food processing: any sector where equipment stops because a plastic or technical part has failed.
How much does an urgent industrial part cost?
It depends on complexity, material and quantity. A one-off emergency part usually costs far less than a production line standing still. The quote from photos is free and quick.
Do you deliver, or do I collect the part?
Both. Collection in person from our Toulouse workshop for the most critical cases, or dispatch anywhere in France by Mondial Relay or Colissimo. For another country, contact us for the carrier and the cost.
Can you make several copies for a whole team?
Yes. The MC4 and EVO2 connector wrenches shown on this page were printed in a short run to equip several solar technicians.
