Data we collect

When you use our quote and ordering service, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and the 3D files you send us. This data is used solely to process your order and to get back in touch with you.

Anonymous audience measurement

We use an in-house, cookie-free audience measurement system to understand how our website is used and to improve it.

This system uses no cookies at all.

It never stores your IP address in clear: the address is immediately turned into a pseudonymous identifier using a cryptographic salt that changes every 30 days.

It does not track your activity on other websites.

It keeps the data for 90 days maximum, after which the data is automatically deleted.

It respects your browser's Do Not Track signal.

It remains hosted in France (OVH and our own servers).

Information collected: pages visited, approximate length of the visit, traffic source (for example Google), browser, device (computer or mobile), country, and clicks on the main buttons.

You can turn off audience measurement at any time with the button on the French version of this page; the setting applies to the whole website.

Your rights
