3D printed cosplay armour, helmets and props
Armour, helmets, swords and masks made to your measurements, light enough to wear from opening to closing time. Every piece leaves the printer with a smooth surface, ready to paint.
Cosplay props and armour we make
From the legendary sword to the full suit of armour.
Props and weapons
Swords, staffs, shields, magic wands and quest items from films and video games, faithful to the original design.
Helmets and masks
Full helmets and detailed masks, adjusted to the shape and size of your head.
Armour
Chest plates, pauldrons and greaves printed in sections that fit together. Light pieces of 300 to 500 g each, reinforced for conventions.
Small accessories
Jewellery, buckles, insignia and fine ornaments that finish off a costume.
Paint-ready finish
A smooth surface ready for paint. Fine layers keep sanding to a minimum.
Light, strong and ready to paint
A costume worn all day has to be comfortable as well as accurate.
High-resolution PLA
0.12 mm layers for fine detail. The surface is easy to sand and takes acrylics or spray paint well.
Optimised infill
10 to 15% infill gives hollow, light parts: a full helmet weighs 300 to 500 g.
Modular assembly
Armour comes in sections held by clips and magnets, quick to put on and take off at a convention.
We work out each piece for the right balance between weight and strength, which is what matters on a long convention day.

Collection or delivery
Pick your pieces up in Toulouse or have them posted anywhere in France by Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Outside France, ask us for the shipping cost.
A ready-to-print STL file or just visual references of the character: either way, we adapt the model to your size. A Stormtrooper helmet, an intricate armour set or a sword from a video game is scaled to your measurements before it is printed.
Give us your head measurements for a helmet, or your body measurements for armour, with pictures of the character. Before printing, we send you a 3D preview of the piece and the quote.

3D printing for cosplay in France: custom armour and props
3D printing for cosplay opens up a lot of possibilities for costumes and accessories that stay true to your characters. We make custom cosplay props and armour: full helmets, swords and weapons, shields, detailed masks, chest plates and complete armour sets, fitted to your measurements.
Everything is printed in high-resolution PLA (0.12 mm layers). The optimised infill keeps parts hollow and light, the sections clip or snap together with magnets, and the surface is ready to paint.
Made in France, in our Toulouse workshop, which is handy before Japan Expo, Comic Con or the Toulouse Game Show. Write to us in English through the contact form (images and STL files can be attached), on WhatsApp at +33 7 59 72 51 81 or by email to contact@toulouse3dprint.fr.
Frequently asked questions
How heavy is a 3D printed cosplay helmet?
With 10 to 15% infill, a full helmet weighs 300 to 500 g, so you can wear it for a whole convention day.
Can you fit a helmet or armour to my size?
Yes. Send your measurements with the STL file or your references, and we scale the model to your head or body before printing.
Do I need an STL file?
No. You can send a ready-to-print STL or simply visual references of the character, and we adapt the model to your size.
Is the piece ready to paint?
Yes. The 0.12 mm layers leave a smooth surface that needs little sanding before acrylic or spray paint.
How is a large piece of armour put together?
It is printed in sections joined by clips and magnets, so you can put it on and take it off quickly at a convention.
Can I get my props in time for a convention?
Tell us the date of your event when you ask for a quote: the timescale is confirmed before printing starts. Collecting in Toulouse saves the time spent in the post.
Do you ship cosplay pieces outside France?
Yes. In France we send by Mondial Relay or Colissimo; for another country we use Mondial Relay or the carrier of your choice. The online order only takes French addresses, so contact us and we will give you the shipping cost.
